एक्सटी। फैक्टरी - दिन
रवि और अन्य कर्मचारी कारखाने के गेट के बाहर इकट्ठा होते हैं। वे प्रवेश करते हैं, खनखनाती मशीनरी और पर्यवेक्षकों के भौंकने के आदेशों की आवाज़ से अभिवादन करते हैं। नीरस असेंबली लाइनों से घिरे रवि अपने स्टेशन पर अपनी जगह लेता है।

रवि का दिमाग इधर-उधर हो जाता है क्योंकि वह बिना सोचे-समझे दोहराए जाने वाले कार्यों को करता है। उनके विचारों को उनके सहकर्मी शंकर द्वारा बाधित किया जाता है।
शंकर
(थका हुआ)
रवि, क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि हम इतने कम के लिए इतनी मेहनत क्यों करते हैं?
रवि
(थका हुआ)
हर दिन, शंकर। लेकिन हम क्या कर सकते हैं?

लंच ब्रेक के दौरान, रवि और शंकर एक छोटे से कैफे में बैठकर चाय की चुस्की ले रहे थे।
शंकर

रवि और शंकर अस्थायी मंच पर खड़े होकर कार्यकर्ताओं की भीड़ को संबोधित कर रहे हैं।

आज, हम एकजुट होकर उचित व्यवहार, उचित वेतन और सम्मानजनक कार्य स्थितियों की मांग कर रहे हैं। हम एक बेहतर जीवन के पात्र हैं!
भीड़ तालियों और एकजुटता के मंत्रों से गूंज उठती है।
एक्सटी। फैक्टरी - दिन
गाँव के मजदूर कारखाने के गेट के सामने इकट्ठा होते हैं, तख्तियाँ लिए हुए हैं और नारे लगा रहे हैं। फैक्ट्री प्रबंधन, संयुक्त मोर्चे से अचंभित, दूर से देखता है।
प्रबंधक
(घबराया हुआ)
हम अब उनकी मांगों को नजरअंदाज नहीं कर सकते। हमें बातचीत करनी चाहिए।
आईएनटी। फैक्टरी - मीटिंग रूम - दिन
रवि, शंकर और फ़ैक्टरी प्रबंधन के प्रतिनिधि एक टेबल के चारों ओर बैठते हैं। माहौल तनावपूर्ण है।
प्रबंधक
(इस्तीफा दे दिया)
ठीक है, हम काम करने की स्थिति में सुधार करेंगे और उचित वेतन प्रदान करेंगे। लेकिन केवल इसलिए कि यह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय श्रम दिवस है।
रवि
(गंभीर)
यह तो एक शुरूआत है। हम आपको आपके वादों के लिए जवाबदेह ठहराएंगे।
एक्सटी। ग्राम चौक - दिन
गांव के चौक में जश्न का माहौल है। कार्यकर्ता और उनके परिवार खुशी मनाते हैं, एक साथ नाचते-गाते हैं। अपनी उपलब्धि पर गर्व करते हुए रवि और शंकर एक साथ खड़े हैं।

The sun rises over a small Indian village. People begin to stir, preparing for a day of work. We focus on RAVI, a young man in his early twenties, as he gets ready for his day at the factory. He wears a weary expression on his face.
EXT. FACTORY - DAY
Ravi and other workers gather outside the factory gates. They enter, greeted by the sounds of clanging machinery and supervisors barking orders. Ravi takes his place at his station, surrounded by monotonous assembly lines.
INT. FACTORY - DAY
Ravi's mind drifts away as he mindlessly performs repetitive tasks. His thoughts are interrupted by his coworker, SHANKAR.
SHANKAR
(Tired)
Ravi, have you ever wondered why we work so hard for so little?
RAVI
(Exhausted)
Every day, Shankar. But what can we do?
EXT. SMALL CAFÉ - DAY
During their lunch break, Ravi and Shankar sit at a small café, sipping tea.
SHANKAR
(Thoughtful)
You know, Ravi, tomorrow is International Labour Day, a day to celebrate the contributions of workers like us.
RAVI
(Sighs)
But what's there to celebrate? We're stuck in this cycle of endless labor, barely making enough to survive.
SHANKAR
(With conviction)
Maybe it's time we demand more. We deserve better working conditions, fair wages, and respect.
RAVI
(Doubtful)
But how can we make a difference? We're just two ordinary workers.
SHANKAR
(Grinning)

SHANKAR
(Nods)
We must gather support from our fellow workers. Together, we can bring about change.
EXT. VILLAGE SQUARE - DAY
On International Labour Day, the village square buzzes with excitement. Banners and posters advocating workers' rights decorate the area. Ravi and Shankar stand on a makeshift stage, addressing a crowd of workers.
RAVI
(Passionate)
Today, we stand united, demanding fair treatment, fair wages, and dignified working conditions. We deserve a better life!
The crowd erupts in applause and chants of solidarity.
EXT. FACTORY - DAY
The workers from the village gather in front of the factory gates, holding signs and chanting slogans. The factory management, taken aback by the united front, watches from a distance.
MANAGER
(Nervous)
We cannot ignore their demands any longer. We must negotiate.
INT. FACTORY - MEETING ROOM - DAY
Ravi, Shankar, and representatives from the factory management sit around a table. The atmosphere is tense.
MANAGER
(Resigned)
Fine, we'll improve working conditions and provide fair wages. But only because it's International Labour Day.
RAVI
(Serious)
This is just the beginning. We will hold you accountable for your promises.
EXT. VILLAGE SQUARE - DAY
A celebration ensues in the village square. Workers and their families rejoice, dancing and singing together. Ravi and Shankar stand together, proud of their accomplishment.
